After 11 flyable days the Flatland Cup 2009 finished. The weather was pretty nice for gliding, so the maximum total points in all of the classes are more than 10000 points (like one year before). See you next year on WGC 2010 Szeged...

Hello surfers! We have a great weather today. All the gliders in the air, some of them started on task. we expect no outlandings.

Yesterday was the 3rd day, with many outlandings, caused by the tricky weather. Today seems like a resting day, but we will see more about this at the briefing.

The gliders were standing on the grid waiting for the cold front to pass, but the expected improving weather conditions just not happened. A few minits before 2 pm the day was cancelled. Everyone is excited about tomorrows weather, we hope we could arrange a good competition day on wednesday. See you at the grid!

The competitiors of the WWGC2009 had barely left the airfiled, when the next competition, the Flatland Cup 2009 begun. This competititon is the "preworlds" of the WGC2010, and also it is the Hunagrian National Championship. The quickest publishing of the results is going to be under the "Flatland Cup", The "mixed open" and the "FAI club", the other result for the other categories will only be published slower.
